Cylinder Heads Reconditioning Service for 2012 - 2017 FA20 SUBARU, SCION AND TOYOTA

Machine Work Performed:

1. Complete Disassembly & Cleaning
• Each head undergoes thorough disassembly and hot-tank cleaning. Pressure testing is conducted to ensure casting integrity.
2. Valve Seat & Guide Service
• New valve seats are installed as needed. All valve stem seals are replaced, and valve guides are renewed if necessary.
3. Precision Valve Job
• Valve jobs are performed with all required angles and vacuum-tested to ensure optimal compression.
4. Surface Milling
• Heads are milled for a flawless finish:
• PCD Milling: Polycrystalline Diamond milling for aluminum heads.
• CBN Milling: Cubic Boron Nitride milling for cast-iron heads.
5. Assembly to AERA Specifications
• All components are meticulously cleaned, inspected, and assembled according to AERA specifications, ensuring reliability and performance.
