All heads are completely remanufactured. Our disassembly process includes hot tank cleaning, ensuring a thorough and immaculate finish. The cylinder head is tested for pressure to guarantee no cracks, and new valve stem seals are installed. We also perform a 3-angle valve grind and vacuum test for optimal compression. Using PCD milling, we achieve a polished and ultra-smooth finish on the aluminum heads. Every part undergoes a meticulous cleaning and inspection before being assembled to meet AERA's exacting standards.
