Mazda 1.8 Casting#BP6D is a remanufactured DOHC engine with VVT-I for 2001-2006 Mazda Miata MX-5 models. Note that the heads do not include cam seals or gasket sets.

 

All heads are completely remanufactured.
Expertly disassembled and meticulously cleaned using a hot tank
Cylinder head has been pressure tested to ensure no cracks
Equipped with new valve stem seals
Valve job has been completed with a 3-angle grind and vacuum tested for optimal compression
PCD milling provides a flawlessly smooth finish (PCD for aluminum heads)
All parts have undergone thorough cleaning and inspection prior to final assembly, meeting AERA standards.
